Exchange &Refund; policies

Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping charges for additional exchanges (returning and reshipping ) will be the customer”s responsibility. And if you don”t like out items, the customer will pay the return cost and shipping cost from our warehouse.

Our store reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If the returned Beats is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to your credit card and Beats will be returned to customer.
