Delivery of products purchased

The Surf Shop uses Courier Post for all NZ orders - there is a $2.95 flat rate delivery fee applied to all orders under $50.

We offer free delivery on all orders over $50!

All orders will be processed within a few hours of receipt and sent within the day via Courier Post if ordered before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday afternoon will not be received until Tuesday. Please allow an extra day for Rural Delivery and South Island addresses.

You can also follow the progress of your delivery using real-time tracking. Once your order ships you will receive your tracking code via email, then simply click HERE and enter the code.

International Shipping
We do ship products internationally with a flat fee of NZ$4.95 (approx US$2.60) per shipment.

You can be sure the products will reach you in excellent condition, but if you are unhappy with the delivery of your purchase just give us a call or send an e-mail and we will arrange a new item to be delivered.
